Great tutorial! If you don't want to build your own spreadsheet, you can download this free varying rate commission spreadsheet. It integrates with OneClick Commissions to send customized statements to each rep (no more copying and pasting). Has saved me lots of headaches.

This was very helpful however I cant get this to work for anything over $100,000. Any help on why would be greatly appreciated.
