Learn how to add more pages within a program template using Microsoft Publisher for Windows XP, Vista, or 7.

Funeral programs have information such as funeral poems , songs, and the order of service within its pages, to name a few. The following detailed video demonstrates how to create and add additional pages within Microsoft Publisher 2007 using a beautiful funeral program template used for a memorial service. It shows how to take a 4-page single fold program into an 8-page layout for a booklet presentation. If you are using a lower version of Publisher, the procedure is still the same.

You can use the same procedure as well for creating documents without using a program template. Adding pages in Publisher is similar whether or not it is created from scratch. Adding pages in Microsoft Publisher is easier than it is in Microsoft Word. It consists of just a few steps to follow and the good thing about adding pages in this application is that it copies the entire page that you copied. So if you have a template and a background image you want to carry over, it will do so beautifully with no additional intervention from you.

Here are the written instructions on what is demonstrated on this video:

1. Once you have your template opened, go down to the bottom left of your screen and right click on the page 2 icon.

2. Select Insert Duplicate Page. This inserts an additional page and also copies all the contents within the page.

3. That's all there is to it. Repeat this until you have added the number of pages desired.HowHow
