This video shows you how easy and convenient it is to use the Office
clipboard in MS Word 2007. Go to the "Home" tab. Then click on the little
button to the right of clipboard. The clipboard will appear on the left side
of the screen with two options, "Paste all" and "Clear all". If you click on
an item it will automatically go to the clipboard. When you hold the
cursor over an item a little arrow appears. When you click on that arrow
you get two options - "Paste" or "Delete". Delete will permanently remove the item. Paste will paste items and graphics. On the bottom left of the page
you five more options of the clipboard.
